We assist assignees with the termination of the lease in due time. This leaves sufficient time for any repair work required, and at the same time avoids late terminations. We help the assignee to give notice for all contracts relating to housing, such as telephone, internet, water and electricity.
Our consultant will advise assignees of cleaning or repairs required to their rented accommodation, which we will organise and coordinate through specialised service providers. Executive Relocations will source multiple quotes from removal companies, facilitate the booking and coordinate the operation.
We ensure that all of the usual loose ends are attended to timeously. We provide a pre-departure checklist to the assignee and his family. We assist with the closure of bank accounts, mail forwarding, any local government de-registration requirements and the termination of any local licenses and club and association memberships.
